Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s garden is ablaze with color right now.  It is a beautiful time of year, and just walking through, and listening to the birds, and wind chimes, is a most relaxing and meditative experience.

I never realized just how many exquisitely beautiful flowers are out there, in pure white!  There are so many, and here is what Dr. Tae Yun Kim says about the color white, in her book, “The First Element:”

“When an object is white, it reflects all colors in the spectrum all at once.  that’s why you don’t see a “color” when something is white.  So when your eyes and skin receive white, you are in effect receiving all colors.  White is associated with purity because the entire spectrum is functioning in unity, with no one particular frequency standing out or predominating.

White is a holistic color, bringing the vibrations of all frequencies to you all at once.  white is a healing color, the color of choice in most medical or therapeutic institutions, because it contains any and all vibrational frequencies which patients may need for recovery.  Since white is a symbol of “allness,” it is also a favorite color among religious groups.  White is appropriate at weddings because the unity of male and female symbolizes the unity of allness.  In Korea, white is worn at funerals as a symbolic recognition of the soul returning to the original energy that is the source of all.”

And at Jung Suwon, Great Dr. Tae Yun Kim explains, the white belt represents purity, someone starting out on a life journey of learning and growing!
