There are many examples of the color red in the garden. Dr. Tae Yun Kim loves roses, and has thousands of them in her garden.
But Dr. Tae Yun Kim has many other examples of the color red in her garden:
or how about this one:
This is what Dr. Tae Yun Kim says about the color red, in her book, “The First Element:”
“Red stimulates and excites your nerves, pulse rate and blood circulation, and lends energy to your entire system. When you are fatigued, lethargic or sluggish for any reason, red has an energizing influence. Red is vitalizing, but because it is such a great stimulant it must be used with caution. Too much red can produce feelings of anger or irritation. A little red in your environment gives warmth, a feeling of excitement and stimulation. Compassion, courage, and persistence are positive qualities associated with red.”
And at Jung Suwon, Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim’s Martial Arts school, earning a red belt means that the student has achieved fire and passion about their training, through hard work, consistency, and persistence. They have weathered all kinds of storms during their training, such as temptations of laziness, fears, lack of confidence, overconfidence and many more.
