With our food,Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim explains, it is important we only use the best ingredients possible, for example, choose organic when possible, and use farm fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs whenever you can.  Try to avoid any foods that have been treated with pesticides, antibiotics, or are GMO.  Back to basics is always best.

However, even more important than that, is our attitude when we prepare the food, Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim says.  The more love we put into our food, the more our bodies will benefit from it.  The Ki energy that we put into our food, will transmit to the ones that eat it – so let’s prepare our food with joy and laughter!
