From Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s book, Seven Steps to Inner Power: “This is a question that is unique to human consciousness, certainly fundamental, sometimes difficult, but absolutely essential if you wish to express your fullest potential in life. Suppose I were to tell you that you are aware of only a limited portion of yourself, that you may not have yet discovered your self, your true self, and that you have yet to touch upon an enormous creative power within you that can reshape your life completely. Who am I?”
-> All through college I worked very hard to get good grades and sacrificed my personal development time. I promised myself when I graduated, I would focus on developing me, and my potential. The quotes above from the book, sounded very deep, and just what I wanted to learn. If I have unlimited potential, then I want to find it. I always sensed that God had more in mind for me, and that I had the ability to do more. But what was next in life? Everything was coming together and getting exciting. I seemed to be at a major inflection point in my life. I must discover me, I told myself. Who am I? What is my potential? What do I want to become? I was starting to realize that I could take charge of my life and my future. I didn’t have to be a product of society, family pressures, haphazard events, or my surroundings. I could break out and be an achiever and a contributor in life. Wow…
