“If you are satisfied with your life at this moment, the question may hold not interest for you right now. But if, on the other hand, you find yourself holding dreams that feel so true, yet somehow out of reach, if you feel unfulfilled, frustrated, alienated, empty, if you feel you haven’t done what you want, if there is more that you desire, more that you want to accomplish, if you feel that even though your life is satisfactory in most respects you nevertheless have a yearning for realize a deeper sense of joy, peace, and purpose, it is time to extend your vision of who you are.”

“No Matter who you are, no matter where you are, no matter what obstacles and limitations exist around you at this moment, you can change your life, your health, and your state of mind completely. You can decide who you want to become.”

To me, this rang in my ears, and in my brain. Yes, I said to myself. I wanted to change my life, my health, and my state of mind completely. So I started training and digging into the Seven Steps to Inner Power and Dr. Kim’s philosophies. And, my life improved drastically. I overcame a lot of my shortcomings and weaknesses. My physical and mental health improved. My relationships improved. My life focus and purpose changed for the better. My desire to help others and connect with God grew. Everything about my life got better. Yahoo!!!

But did that mean that life would be rosy forever? No. As Dr. Kim once told me, “To be alive, means that we will continually face challenges. Life is challenge. I believe God puts us through our challenges for a reason. To learn and grow and to become more spiritual. So believe in God and pray for his blessings and strength.”

So today I face new challenges and obstacles, and the same motivation and discipline to change still applies. As I re-read Seven Steps To Inner Power, I feel renewed hope and strength coming to me. I feel renewed and ready to grow, accelerate, and extend my vision of joy, peace, and purpose.
